  • KVLT received a donation of a conservation easement of three acres on the Catawba River. The easement includes 210 feet of river frontage just below the S.C. 5 bridge in Lancaster County

  • KVLT purchased a 184-acre parcel in the flood plain of Gills Creek, Bear Creek, and Cane Creek in Lancaster. The parcel was added to previously acquired land in the Lancaster Greenway Preserve.

  • The Trust was given a 15.9-acre parcel in southwestern Lancaster County which includes the Warrenton Muster Ground site.
Activities of Katawba Valley Land Trust have resulted in the preservation by acquisition or easement of a total of approximately 2,268 acres of land in four South Carolina counties.
